What is the Science of Self Certification Training?
The SOS certification program takes you through the exact training we give our practitioner facilitators, whether you’re professional or not, because every module works on you first.
We work with patterns, beliefs and processes for your own healing before you serve anyone else. You’ll walk away with a level of self-understanding impossible to reach on your own, plus the certification to hold that same depth of work for other people should you choose to do so.
This is a six-month, 300-hour, professional accredited training certification in trauma-informed psychotherapeutic somatic facilitation that prepares you to both live the purpose-led life you’re capable of, as well as lead one-to-one sessions, groups, and retreats with clarity, skill, and ethical grounding if you decide to.
You will learn to work with the nervous system, emotional processes, behavioural patterns, relational dynamics, and group psychology all within a clear and safe scope.

Phase 1 — Personal Foundations
Begin with immersive inner work. Build self-awareness, understand your relational and autonomic patterns, and establish the embodied presence required for connection.
This phase strengthens your internal foundation so you can connect with others with clarity and steadiness.
Phase 2 — Practice (One-to-One)
Develop therapeutic skill for individual cobjection — somatic tracking, nervous system regulation, compassionate curiosity, boundary-setting, trauma-aware ethics, and informed consent.
This phase refines your clinical and/or interpersonal skillset for real-world use.
Phase 3 — Group Facilitation & Leadership
Learn to create safety and cohesion in group settings. Practise rupture/repair, containment, group dynamics, and safe embodiment work.
Includes retreat design frameworks, online group facilitation, and a professional module on building offers, sales structures, and ethical business foundations.
